| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the attorney for the child to direct the respondent to produce the subject child for an interview on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated June 6, 2014, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before November 2, 2015, the respondent shall produce the subject child for an interview at the office of the attorney for the child on a date and at a time agreeable to the respondent and the attorney for the child; and it is further,
ORDERED that time for the attorney for the child to serve and file a brief on the appeal is enlarged until December 2, 2015, and the brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
