| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Application by Ann McDonald Ellis, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on March 23, 1983, under the name Ann M. McDonald, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Ann M. Ellis.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Ann McDonald Ellis to Ann M. Ellis, effective immediately.
