(Attorney Registration No. 2574242)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Eric R. Kellerman for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Kellerman was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on January 5, 1994, under the name Eric Robert Kellerman. By opinion and order of this Court dated March 14, 2006, Mr. Kellerman was disbarred upon his resignation and his name was stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
We find that Eric Robert Kellerman does not demonstrate the requisite fitness and character to practice law.
ENG, P.J., MASTRO, RIVERA, DILLON and BALKIN, JJ., concur.
