Application by the respondents Matthew Golkar, David L. Burns, and Westchester Medical Practice, P.C., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated February 23, 2015. Separate application by the appellants to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application by the respondents Matthew Golkar, David L. Burns, and Westchester Medical Practice, P.C., is granted, the applicants' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until November 30, 2015, and the applicants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants' application is denied as premature.
