DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Arvind S. Saini, Appellant.

Motion by appellant to enlarge the time to perfect on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Queens County, rendered October 29, 2014, and for the court to accept appellant's copy of the record on appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted, and appellant shall serve and file his brief within 15 days of the date of this decision, and it is further

ORDERED that the branch of appellant's motion for the court to accept his copy of the record is denied, as the court has received the record from the trial court (see Rules of the Appellate Terms, Second Department [22 NYCRR] § 731.1 [b][1]).
