DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
| Trylon, LLC, Respondent, v Nahum Kaziev, Appellant. |
Motion by appellant for a stay pending the determination of an appeal from a purported judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered April 6, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the appeal is dismissed, as appellant's motion papers indicate that a judgment was entered on April 6, 2015 only in a companion case, which judgment has been separately appealed; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant's motion is denied as academic.
