Motion by appellant for an award of attorney's fees incurred in prosecuting an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered February 25, 2013, which was determined by decision and order of this court dated November 6, 2014.

ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to appellant seeking relief in the Civil Court.
