| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals by Ruth Haas from five orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, one dated May 13, 2014, three dated May 16, 2014, and one dated July 28, 2014. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 21, 2015, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals was enlarged until September 21, 2015. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeals.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2],[4]) and prior order of the Court.
HALL, J.P., SGROI, COHEN and MALTESE, JJ., concur.
