Motion by the plaintiffs/counterclaim defendants-appellants-respondents for leave to reargue an appeal and a cross appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated September 1, 2011, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated June 3, 2015, following remittur from the Court of Appeals by order dated November 25, 2014, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court dated June 3, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, with $100 costs to the respondent-appellant Mahesh Gandhi.
