Motion by Akhtar Sheikh for leave to reargue a prior motion for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated June 13, 2014, which affirmed a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered October 4, 2012. The prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 15, 2015, as amended July 2, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
