Appeal by Kenric Clifford Lever from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated November 5, 2014. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 10, 2015, the appellant was directed to file in the office of the Clerk of this Court an affidavit or affirmation containing certain information on or before September 8, 2015. The appellant has failed to file the affidavit or affirmation.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 10, 2015.
