| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, both dated May 19, 2014, and two orders of the same court dated April 4, 2013, and March 18, 2014, respectively, to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 12, 2015, which directed her to serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgments and the notice of appeal filed in connection with those judgments on or before August 27, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant's time to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 12, 2015, is extended until October 21, 2015.
