On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 1, 2015 in the above-entitled case, on appeals from the judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered May 2012, and the order of the same court, dated January 21, 2014, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto" and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed in opposition thereto."
