DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered May 22, 2013, and June 21, 2013, respectively, and for leave to serve and file an oversized brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief of no more than 16,500 words is enlarged until October 28, 2015, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
