| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pursuant to CPL 460.30(1) to extend the time to make a motion for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order of this Court dated April 1, 2015, which determined an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered November 30, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's time to make a motion for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court dated April 1, 2015, is extended until November 9, 2015.
