| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Giovanna Strano from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered March 27, 2014. By order to show cause dated July 15, 2015, the appellant was directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal for failure to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 18, 2015.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to comply with the decision and order on motion dated May 18, 2015, is enlarged, and the transcripts which were filed with the Clerk of this Court on July 23, 2015, are deemed to be timely filed.
