It is Ordered that the motion of tenant-appellant to enlarge the time to perfect her appeal is granted. The tenant-
appellant shall: (1) perfect her appeal by no later than the January 2016 term the filing deadline for which is November 10, 2015, and (2) continue to pay the landlord use and occupancy in the amount of $1,246.73, on or before each subsequent rental due date, without prejudice.
In the event of tenant-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing conditions, landlord-respondent may move, on five days notice, for an order vacating stay.
