| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated June 18, 2015, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order as well as an appeal from a judgment of the same court dated April 17, 2014. Separate motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the judgment.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the order and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the judgment and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the order is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the judgment is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal from the judgment is enlarged until November 30, 2015, and the record or appendix and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
