On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 30, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated May 27, 2015, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto" and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed in opposition thereto."
