Rules of the Appellate Division, Second Judicial

ECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION

Upon reading and filing the petition of Alyssa Briody, an attorney of the State of California, verified on the 25th day of September, 2015, and the affidavit and exhibits annexed thereto, it is

ORDERED that the petition is granted and that upon taking and subscribing the constitutional oath of office as prescribed by law, Alyssa Briody is admitted to practice pro hac vice pursuant to § 520.11(a)(2) of the rules of the Court of Appeals and § 690.3(c) of the rules of this court, as an attorney and counselor-at-law on behalf of Brooklyn Defender Services, in all matters in which it has an interest, in all Courts of this State, from the date of taking and subscribing the oath to and including March 8, 2017, or upon her admission to practice law in the State of New York, whichever occurs first; and it is further,

ORDERED that Brooklyn Defender Services shall file an annual report pursuant to § 690.3(e) of the rules of this court concerning Alyssa Briody, and the legal services in which she was engaged in the preceding year.
