| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated September 15, 2015, inter alia, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action until 30 days after determination of appeals in an action entitled Bermejo v New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation, pending in this Court under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2013-08378, 2013-08379, and 2013-08380.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action is granted, and all proceedings in the above-entitled action are stayed until 30 days after determination of the appeals in the action entitled Bermejo v New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation, pending in this Court under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2013-08378, 2013-08379, and 2013-08380; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
