Application by Benyamin Yosef Abed, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on July 20, 2011, to change his name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Benyamin Yoseph Abed.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Benyamin Yosef Abed to Benyamin Yoseph Abed, effective immediately.
