Motion by the respondents for leave to reargue appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 3, 2012, and May 7, 2013, respectively, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated April 15, 2015, or resettle or amend the decision and order of this Court dated April 15, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is dismissed on the ground that the respondents do not have standing to make this motion as they did not file a brief.
