| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents for leave to reargue an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered July 17, 2013, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated April 15, 2015, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court. Separate motion by the respondents, inter alia, pursuant to CPLR 5602(a)(1)(ii) for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from an amended judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered June 2, 2015, upon remittitur from this Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
