ORDERED that the decision and order on application of this Court dated October 8, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the word "her" and substituting therefor the word "his," and by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the word "she" and substituting therefor the word "he."
