DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to relieve assigned counsel and to substitute retained counsel on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered February 6, 2012. The appellant's motion to dispense with printing and for assignment of counsel was granted on May 25, 2012.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto; it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew upon papers setting forth the amount and source of counsel fees paid to appellate counsel and whether the appellant is seeking continuation of poor person relief with respect to the cost of the transcripts.
