| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated June 24, 2015, a decision of the same court dated June 24, 2015, and three orders of the same court dated February 27, 2015, March 27, 2015, and June 24, 2015, respectively, to dismiss the appeals from the orders dated February 27, 2015, and March 27, 2015, as untimely taken.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal from the decision is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies from a decision (see Schicchi v J.A. Green Constr. Co., 100 AD2d 509); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeals from the orders dated February 27, 2015, and March 27, 2015, are dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5513[a]).
