It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals from
the judgments rendered July 18, 2012 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the orders of this Court entered May 26, 2015 are hereby amended by striking therefrom the date September 28, 2015 and inserting in place thereof the date December 14, 2015.
