Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Allison M. Bozinski, Esq., dated October 1, 2015, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered September 8, 2015, is hereby amended by deleting the date October 5, 2015, and inserting in its place the date November 4, 2015, and
It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered September 8, 2015, is hereby amended by deleting the date October 20, 2015, and inserting in its place the date November 19, 2015.
