It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered September 29, 2015, is hereby amended by deleting the date October 6, 2015, and inserting in its place the date October 23, 2015, and
It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of the order entered September 29, 2015, is hereby amended by deleting the date October 21, 2015, and inserting in its place the date November 9, 2015.
