| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the defendant third-party plaintiff-appellant to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered June 27, 2014, and an order of the same court entered January 6, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the defendant third-party plaintiff-appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until November 16, 2015, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the defendant third-party plaintiff-appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
