DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, both dated December 17, 2014, in effect, for leave to file the transcripts of the proceedings which occurred on October 10, 2014, and November 18, 2014, in the above-entitled matter and for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief raising arguments concerning the material contained in those transcripts.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the transcripts of the proceedings which occurred on October 10, 2014, and November 18, 2014, in the above-entitled matter which were submitted to the Clerk of the Court are accepted for filing, and on or before October 30, 2015, the appellant shall serve and file nine copies of the supplemental brief; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief in response to the appellant's main brief and supplemental brief is enlarged until November 30, 2015, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
