Motion by New York City Housing Authority for leave to appeal to this Court from four orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 9, 2015, July 24, 2015, September 18, 2015, and September 25, 2015, respectively, and to stay enforcement of stated portions of the order dated June 9, 2015, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
