Motion by the respondent-respondent to dismis Kings County, dated June 26, 2015, on the ground that the order was superseded by an order of the same court dated July 31, 2015, and to vacate a stay of enforcement of the order dated June 26, 2015, which was granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 31, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appeal from the order dated June 26, 2015, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, and the stay granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 31, 2015, is vacated.
