DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant on appeals from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, First District, rendered June 11, 2014 (appeal No. 2014-1413 S C), and an order of the same court dated May 1, 2015 (appeal No. 2015-1517 S CR), to consolidate the appeals, and for an enlargement of time to perfect the consolidated appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to consolidate the appeals is granted and the appeals are consolidated under appeal No. 2014-1413 S C; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an enlargement of time to perfect the consolidated appeal is granted and the appeal shall be perfected by December 4, 2015.
