Application by the appellant on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered December 10, 2013, and an order of the same court dated March 7, 2014, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect in accordance with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 14, 2015, by settling the transcripts pursuant to CPLR 5525(c) and, if necessary, serving and filing a replacement appendix.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the appellant's time to perfect in accordance with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 14, 2015, is enlarged until November 27, 2015, and the appellant shall settle the transcripts pursuant to CPLR 5525(c) and, if necessary, to serve and file a replacement appendix on or before that date.
