Motion by the petitioner-respondent for leave to reargue his prior motion, inter alia, to dismiss appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 11, 2014, on the ground that the joint record is inadequate, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 12, 2015.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
