Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief in connection with an application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate a decision and order of this Court dated March 17, 2014, affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered April 26, 2012, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until November 2, 2015, and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
