Application by the appellant on appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated December 8, 2014, and an order of the same court dated March 19, 2015, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order and judgment dated December 8, 2014.
