| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered February 26, 2015, and June 8, 2015, respectively, inter alia, for leave to reargue his opposition to the appellants' prior motions to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, which were determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 13, 2015, and to calendar the appeals together.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to calendar the appeals together is granted and the appeals will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
