Motion by the respondents to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 9, 2014, for failure to timely perfect, and for an award of costs and disbursements.

ORDERED that the motion is denied in light of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 18, 2015, which enlarged the time to perfect the appeal until November 5, 2015.
