| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay the sale of the subject premises, as well as a hearing on the issue of sanctions, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated January 28, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay the sale of the subject premises is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay the hearing on the issue of sanctions is denied as unnecessary in light of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 16, 2015.
