DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motions by Daniel Pagano, inter alia, to be relieved as counsel for the appellant on on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated April 9, 2014, and April 17, 2014, respectively, and a judgment of the same court entered April 29, 2014, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on behalf of the appellant.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the first motion is dismissed on the ground that service of the motion was improper; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the second motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on behalf of the appellant is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until December 10, 2015, and appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondent shall serve and file a brief on or before January 11, 2016; and it is further,

ORDERED that the second motion is otherwise denied.
