ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated October 20, 2015, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated January 5, 2015, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "October 21, 2015," and substituting therefor the date "October 30, 2015."
