| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (IDV Part), dated December 17, 2014, and June 17, 2015, respectively, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 21, 2015, as conditioned a stay of enforcement of the order dated June 17, 2015, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, upon the perfection of the appeal from the order dated June 17, 2015, on or before October 21, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 21, 2015, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "October 21, 2015," and substituting therefor the date "November 16, 2015."
