Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of a decision of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated June 2, 2015, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the notice of appeal from the decision is deemed to be a notice of appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated July 21, 2015 (see CPLR 5512[a]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
