DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered June 5, 2015, inter alia, to waive compliance with the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of trial exhibits 1, 3 through 9, and 11.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive compliance with the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of trial exhibits 1, 3 through 9, and 11 is denied as unnecessary and the appellants' counsel shall fill a certificate pursuant to CPLR 2105 on or before November 12, 2015 (see CPLR 2105; 22 NYCRR 670.10.2[f]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
