| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, dated April 7, 2015, in effect, to strike Points II through VII of the appellant's brief and for an award of counsel fees.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, to strike Points II through VII of the appellant's brief is granted, and the issues raised in Points II through VII of the appellant's brief will not be considered on the appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
