DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the petitioner to enlarge the time to perfect a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated March 13, 2015, and for leave to file fewer than nine copies of the petitioner's brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition or relation thereto; it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the proceeding is granted, the petitioner's time to perfect the proceeding is enlarged until December 28, 2015, and the petitioner's record or appendix and brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to file fewer than nine copies of the petitioner's brief is denied.
