On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 19, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, which determined a motion for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Ninth and Tenth Judicial Districts, dated April 16, 2015, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the name "Vincent Oliva," and substituting therefor the name "Brookwood Coram I, LLC."
